What is Erectile Dysfunction?
It is defined as persistent difficulty in maintenance of erection of penis required to perform a successful coition. This is a very embarrassing situation for any male, as such not very often reported to doctor in time. However, most often, this is due to psychological cause or some other functional causes which are amenable to medicines.
What are causes of Erection Dysfunction(ED)?
Behind an erection of penis, three factors work physiologically:
1)Nervous stimuli 2)Blood flow 3)Hormones

What type of diet and regimen should be followed by subjects suffering from ED? How can one control ED?
)(Take enough vegetable-salad and fruits along with easily digestible protein like chicken stew, fish soup, eggs and cow ghee in lunch and supper; take cashew nuts, pea nuts, milk & milk products, fruits in breakfast and with evening tea.
)(Alcohol, smoking and other addictions like gutka, tiranga etc. should be avoided as much as possible.
)(Take at least 2 - 2.5 litre of water daily.
)(Take a neem leaf a day in morning in empty stomach with a sip of water; you can practice it throughout your life.
)(Inner garments like tight underwear should always be on except in the night; it is a must for all who wish to acquire sexual potency; never keep the organs (scrotum and penis) loose; keep them as if chained always; but take care to change underwear everyday and clean it; otherwise, skin disease will add on the existing troubles.
